Madrid City Council commissioned Familia the design of the new @Lineamadrid campaign, the Twitter account where citizens can look up for notices and incidents, carry out fast administrative procedures and request information, among others. The goal is to explain the utilities of the service with a popular, friendly and direct language, easily understood by the majority of the population.

Twitter symbol style look

Based on the style of the Twitter symbol, different icons are created with big and rough shapes that explain at a glance the different services that @Lineamadrid offers. They are silhouettes with unrealistic proportions filled with the characteristic blue color of the social network.

Animated posts

Apart from the static posts, there are animated pieces as well following the concept of ascending and floating in the cloud with slow and rotating movements that transmit calm, ease and lightness.
